How and Why we should all Ground ourselves

In today's ever-changing and energy demanding time it is even more prevalent to re-connect with the energy of the Earth to recharge and balance ourselves. Basically, bringing our energy down and into our feet, back into our bodies. Helping us get out of our heads, out of our thoughts. Yes there are actual scientific benefits to what people call earthing but it is so much more than that. When we are feeling unsafe, triggered or reliving the trauma it is even more important to connect back with our physical bodies, to come back into the now and we can do this by being more grounded. Allowing ourselves to come back to feeling safe.

Being grounded also applies to people. When you are electrically grounded, you feel:

  • Centered

  • Solid

  • Strong

  • Balanced

  • Less tense

  • Less stressed

Overall, you feel good. If you have pain, you have less of it, or maybe none at all, when grounded.
