How to Balance?

At Balance is Qi we will teach you tools to incorporate into your everyday life. Balance without even thinking – just like breathing. We want it to become your new habit in life. Just like you shower each day or vacuum each week we have tools and systems to help you cleanse yourself and Balance your energy easily.
From the moment we wake up we are omitting and attracting different energies into our vibrational vortex. But some are not for our highest good. It is important to cleanse this from your field regularly to prevent further blockages.
There are many methods of Balancing our energies and each person will be unique. Some may feel grounded walking on the beach, others going for a run.
Here is a simple process you can use right now to help you on your path to balancing out your energy:
1. Take a deep breath in, release this through your mouth
2. Next breath imagine a red light coming through your root chakra
3. This light spreads throughout the area of your root chakra, cleaning it out
4. Do step 3 with the colour orange in the area of Sacral Chakra and then yellow in the Solar Plexus.
5. If you have time you can continue to move upwards and with each breath in and out focusing on the colour and area of the Chakra you are cleansing.
6. When you are finished, imagine a white light coming through the top of your head and all the way down to your toes cleaning everything out.
